Builds a Vektr at the forge. Materials for a Normal blueprint: Veskar 146, Pirite 115, Helspar 27, Solstine 33, Dark Triton 34. Rarer blueprints need more of each (Advanced +10%, Prototype +20%, Artifact +50%); Forge upgrades can offset some of the extra. Faction Quartermaster: 1.3K Merits, 3 uses (T1, no trade). Rank becomes Sergeant.

Normal blueprint costs: Community ship guide by sturmer.one (kekbur.net), Beta Patch 2. Rarer blueprints need more of every material; their columns add that percentage to the Normal cost, rounded to the nearest unit (the game's own rounding isn't documented). Forge upgrades can offset some of the extra.
