Post in the Site feedback board. Anyone can read it; to post, sign in with Discord and join the official Citadel server. Include the page link and what you expected to happen.

Privacy, removal and takedown requests

Email example@example.com. Include the link to the page and what you want changed or removed. Use this for requests about your data, an answer based on something you said in Discord, an image, or game art from the Citadel team.

To delete your own account, you don't need to ask: use Delete my account in Settings. What it removes.

Appeals

To appeal a warning, a timeout or a ban, use the same route as above: say which account it is and why the decision should change. Staff read every appeal, and lifting a ban or ending a timeout is recorded in the audit log like any other staff action.

Help with the game

We aren't the Citadel team and can't help with game accounts, purchases or bans. Use the official Discord or thecitadel.com.
