Gullveig Vigil

A Gullveig brand, new in Beta Patch 3. Used on an identified Prototype module, it makes the module Heretical: the module gains a Vigil special and one of its modifiers flips to a penalty. The Vigil special builds up while you hold target locks and drone assignments. One brand in ten rolls an ascended version instead. Brands drop in breach tier 5 and deeper. How strong each special is hasn't been published.
