Mining cache

Loot caches found in breaches. Since Beta Patch 2 · Hotfix 6, each one rolls a container tier and scales its loot to the room it's in, and the deploy rooms in both Tunnel relic tomb layouts hold richer ones.

Their chance of rolling a Normal container is halved. Since Hotfix 9 that holds under every breach mutator, so a cache is more likely to roll a better rarity.
