Eidolon blueprint

Builds a Eidolon at the forge. Materials for a Normal blueprint: Veskar 203, Pirite 137, Helspar 46, Solstine 69. Rarer blueprints need more of each (Advanced +10%, Prototype +20%, Artifact +50%); Forge upgrades can offset some of the extra.
