Forge Plate- A Hermes augmenter only works on an open bay that has no modifiers yet.
- A locked bay opens with a Forge Plate plus 400 ORE.
- A '+1 breach tier' forge modifier improves the odds of rolling modifiers on what you craft. A developer thinks so but hedged.
